She must have said to me 1,000 times You are not a yankee! You are such a Southern boy! It was because of her that I later decided to name my boat Knota Yankee in reference to my Southern heritage. I trademarked the name Knota Yankee to bring to you some of my favorite traditional Southern recipes and images of the South.
