Winemaking at our place has been a tradition since 1847 when Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob's Creek. This premium, medium bodied wine is an outstanding example of South Australian chardonnay. Attractive peach and citrus aromas lead to rich, round fruit flavors on the palate, balanced by sweet vanilla characters and soft, creamy complexity from fermentation in French oak. A superb wine that is perfect with white meats and seafood dishes. Further complexity will develop with cellaring. Alc. 13.5% by vol. Produce of Australia.
